Things to know

• Check-in 4pm - Check-out Time 10am

• Twin beds can be adjusted to double beds on request. This is subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing at least 1 week before the arrival date

• The AC units are available with an electronic coin system (€1 & €2 coins) installed at the property with a screen to display the credit remaining, each AC unit consumes around € 2 per night.

• The main doors on the facade are monitored by CCTV cameras for safety and security. No other recording devices inside or in the backyard.

• We will also provide all bookings with dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets

• Linen and towels provided

• Maid service is included when you book for 8 nights or more.

• Kindly note that the price does not include Malta Eco Tax, we are required by law to collect it on arrival from all tourists, including locals from the age of 18 and over. The tax is € 0.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands. Capped at a maximum of €5 per person for each continuous stay. This is paid locally in cash only and collected at check-in by one of our staff.

• All properties are subject to a security/damage deposit. Refunded 24-48hrs after check-out.
